Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using VinCam ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
VinCam is a paid application. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal devices in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms.
Permitted Use
- Use VinCam for personal, non-commercial photography
- Apply film effects to your own photos
- Share photos you create with VinCam
Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Do not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices
Intellectual Property
VinCam, its design, code, film presets, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Ttech. Film preset names (e.g., "Kodak Portra", "Fuji Superia") are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
Pricing
VinCam is a one-time purchase at the price listed on the App Store. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees. The price may be adjusted for future updates, but existing purchasers will not be charged again.
Disclaimer of Warranties
VinCam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ttech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of VinCam.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
