VinCam ("we", "our", "the app") is developed by Ttech. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
Data We Collect
Camera Access
VinCam requires camera access to capture photos with analog film effects. Camera data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Photo Library
VinCam requests write access to save your photos to the Photo Library. We also allow you to select existing photos to apply film effects. We use Apple's PHPickerViewController, which gives us access only to the photos you explicitly select — not your entire library.
Error Logs
VinCam collects anonymous error reports to improve app stability. These logs include:
- Device model and iOS version
- App version and build number
- Device locale (language setting)
- Error description, file name, and line number
- Timestamp of the error
Error logs do not contain photos, personal information, location data, or any content from your camera or photo library.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Photos or camera footage
- Location data
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Browsing history or app usage analytics
- Advertising identifiers
- Contacts, calendar, or other personal data
Third-Party Services
VinCam does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.
Data Storage
All photos and app settings are stored locally on your device. Error logs are transmitted to our secure server and retained for 90 days for debugging purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.
Children's Privacy
VinCam does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
